At Fleetsmart our primary objective is to supply you with the right fleet hire, distribution and delivery service options at the best possible price that is easy to understand. We achieve this by following a set of rules and guidelines we base our entire foundation on. We look to provide our outsourced vehicle services according to a planned delivery schedule and to take responsibility for our team members, owner drivers, freight loads, returns and any procedures set out in our customer relationship terms.
Our business model is based on the principal of sourcing, managing and empowering Owner Drivers or SME’s and in doing so we are able to provide you with a diverse range of Logistics and Transport service options to suit your changing needs. There are no limitations, unlimited truck, bakkie and van hire resources and only the very best distribution solutions.
We supply you with a simplified logistical offering where no account is needed, provide you with easy fleet hire payment options and arrange each rented vehicle and driver without you having to leave the comfort of your chair. By linking delivery performance to income creates tremendous value and cost reduction. This is achieved by customers having the flexibility to increase and decrease vehicles on demand.
All registered Owner Drivers have their vehicles assessed and undergo an extensive screening process in order to qualify for work. They must meet the prerequisites of financial competence, business acumen and ID verification prior to being placed for any business. For long term work, we do oversee GIT (Goods In Transit) insurance requirements, criminal checks and provide a service level agreement to maintain a high level of distribution and delivery standards.
We currently have a national footprint of Owner Drivers in all major centres which include Johannesburg, Tshwane, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha and East London. We also offer our transport services in most towns including the following – Klerksdorp, Rustenburg, Witbank, Richards Bay, Polokwane, Nelspruit., Pietermaritzburg, Mthatha, Port Shepstone, Kimberley, Newcastle and Ladysmith. Our drivers also deliver in most deep rural areas.
